Jar Pasteurization

Application

The pasteurizer is a device designed for pasteurizing jars with a product by immersing them in water. It consists of two independently operating chambers into which baskets with jars of any shape and volume, filled with food products such as:

jams
preserves
marmalades
sliced vegetable salads

Automatically opening covers of pasteurization tanks
Thermal insulation of pasteurization tanks
Automatic filling and emptying system for water in pasteurization tanks
Automatic steam dosing system as a heating medium
